Research Resources

Welcome to the Ryerson University Library and Archives (RULA)

The Ryerson University Library subscribes to a diverse set of databases that will assist you in doing effective research throughout your time as a student at TRSM.

For your BUS100 F2018_W2019 Canadian Tire Research Report you will be required to utilize the Canadian Tire Corporate Website and at least two of the library databases. These resources will give you basic information on Canadian Tire as well as a more detailed overview of the markets and industries the company operates within.

Canadian Tire Corporate Website

A company's website is an excellent starting place for any research project. In addition to customer-facing information, a company's website will also provide you with "corporate" information which includes their company banners, brands or subsidiaries, career opportunities, commitment to community-focused and sustainability initiatives, key financials and media releases.

Search Tip: For Canadian Tire's corporate information, go to the website footer menu and select "CORPORATE".
