Contract Law

About this Guide

This is a guide to the key contract law materials available to Ryerson students through the Ryerson Library.

When getting started, encyclopedias provide a broad overview of contract law issues. Both the Canadian Encyclopedic Digest and Halsbury's provide current content with descriptions of relevant case law, legislation, and secondary sources.

Books are also a great place to get started on contract law research with overviews written by leading experts.

This guide also provides citation information.
