This subject guide is meant to support students and faculty members conducting research in the area of occupational health, public health and safety.

Finding Books and Ebooks

To identify books on your topic, search the Library Catalogue by the "keyword" option.  You may wish to review some search techniques before using the catalogue. You can also search for books by author or title. Most books in the library are located on floors 6 through 10.  Reference and Reserve books are located on the 2nd floor. With a few exceptions, books are shelved according to an alphanumeric sequence of call numbers. Ebooks are accessible online 24/7 from links in the catalogue - if you are off-campus, you'll be asked to login with your my.ryerson account.

Most books related to Occupational Health and Safety are located in the HD call number section on the 7th floor. Additional material is found in other call number ranges. To assist you in browsing the collection, try the following areas:
