Journalism

How can you get help?

Welcome to the Journalism Research Guide. A great place to start when writing a story is with the Research Checklist.

The resources listed in this guide are curated for journalism researchers, like newspapers, scholarly databases, government information, data, Indigenous journalism, and literary journalism sources. It also has resources about journalism practice, including top scholarly and industry journals and writing and style guides.

If these resources don't fit the bill, explore the list of other useful guides and current workshops, including workshops on fake news, deepfakes, and digital literacy.

Do you have questions about any of these resources or how to use them? Set up a research appointment with me or send me an email. Can't wait to ask your question? Ask a Librarian chat is available immediately, including evenings and weekends.
