Using Toronto's Libraries for Your Research

Image by the City of Toronto, University of Toronto allows public access to all of its libraries except for the Robarts Library. Undergraduate students, faculty and staff do not have borrowing privileges, but can use physical materials while on site. You may request an item be retrieved for you from Robarts' stacks or storage.

To access University of Toronto electronic resources, students may use a LIRA workstation, available at the following libraries: Robarts Library, Gerstein Science Information Centre, The Engineering & Computer Science Library, Mathematical Sciences Library, and the Noranda Earth Sciences Library.

University of Toronto materials are also available to all students, staff, and faculty through interlibrary loan (RACER).
